Registrations are being accepted by email or by post for the 2009 Sheffield Night Hike.
For an enrolment form please view and print, or download and print, this form as a PDF document or as a JPG image and return it to the address on the form.
You can also download/save the form as a Microsoft Word document, so you can enter your details directly into the Word document and return it by email, or print it and send it in the post.
[We do prefer people to pre-register so that they can receive a sponsorship form and collect sponsors before the event. But, if it is very close to the date of the walk, you can register on the night and will be given a sponsorship form to collect sponsors after the walk. Please print this registration form, fill it in and bring it with you on the night. If you have time please email info @ sheffieldnighthike.org.uk, to let us know that you will be registering on the night.]
For a poster to help advertise the event in your organisation please view/print this PDF poster or JPG poster. (Please note that the email address shown on this poster is correct, it should be "buckjley" and not "buckley".)
[If you can use the PDF documents, please use them, because they are much better quality than the JPG images. The JPG images are provided for those who do not have Adobe PDF viewing software on their computer. You can download a PDF viewer from www.Adobe.com, but it is about a 30MB download. Download it if you are on broadband, but don't bother if you are still on dial-up.]

Registration Process...
The registration process is as follows;
(1) Complete a registration form and post it to the address on the form
(2) A numbered Christian Aid sponsorship form [*] will be sent to you by return of post.
(3) Collect sponsors and bring your sponsorship form with you when you check-in on the night of the walk.
[*] Many people ask why the sponsorship form cannot be downloaded from this website. This is because doing it this way means that the sponsorship forms are printed by Christian Aid, and your unique registration number is added to the form. This means that the sponsor forms are controlled. If anybody could download the sponsor forms from this website there would be the potential for them to be misused. Thank-you.
