Register by email or by post...
Registrations are being accepted by email and by post for the 2012 Sheffield Night Hike. The email and post addresses are at the bottom of the registration form.
For a registration form please view and print, or download and print, this form as a PDF document or as a JPG image and return it to the address on the form.
If you are under 18 then your registration form requires a parental signature and such forms must be printed, signed and sent by post.
If you are over 18, and you can open Microsoft Word documents then you can download the form, add your details, and send it back by email: Microsoft Word document

Registration Process...
The registration process is as follows;
(1) Complete a registration form and email or post it to the address on the form
(2) A numbered Christian Aid sponsorship form [*] will be sent to you by return of post.
(3) Collect sponsors and bring your sponsorship form with you when you check-in on the night of the walk.
[*] Many people ask why the sponsorship form cannot be downloaded from this website. This is because doing it this way means that the sponsorship forms are printed by Christian Aid, and your unique registration number is added to the form. This means that the sponsor forms are controlled. If anybody could download the sponsor forms from this website there would be the potential for them to be misused. Thank-you.
